The Blumberg Foundation from Ratingen will fund the expansion of Ratinga Primary School with a second stream.

The school will receive 8 new classrooms for classes 1 to 8 (which means, we won’t be doubling the kindergarten).

Construction will commence next week. With some luck we will be finished by the beginning of the first term 2020 in January, but then you never know.

Once the classrooms are available we will have space for around 300 new students. Currently Ratinga has 400 pupils (please don’t let the auhorities know, they won’t like it). With 700 students Ratinga Primary would then be the biggest of the six schools under the umbrella of Mekaela Academies.
